14 Yard Skip Hire

Our 14 yard skips are great if you have substantial amounts of waste to clear. These large skips are popular on industrial and commercial sites, such as shop fittings and construction sites, where light and bulky waste is produced. They can also be used by domestic clients for large jobs like a house renovation. They are not suitable to be filled with heavy materials like mud and hardcore due to weight restrictions on our lorries. The largest skip for heavy materials is the 8 yard skip.

The dimensions of the 14 yard skips are 6.4ft wide,  5.7ft high and 13.9ft long. They are larger than a traditional “builders skip”. They are able to hold approximately 140 bin bags of rubbish.

Typical uses for these skips includes:

  • Old Carpet & flooring
  • Waste from redecorating your property

Please Note: Rubble, Hardcore, Soil and Mud cannot be placed within skips over 10 yards in size.

Do I need a permit for 14 Yard Skip Hire?

8 yard and larger skips can not be placed on public roads or paths. So you must have private property these skips will fit on as there is no option for these to be placed on a road or other public location.

We aim to recycle 100% of your waste, however we do NOT accept the items below.

Please play your part and help the sector stamp out fires. Please make sure you do not include the following in any of your skips:
