Cancellations must be made before 4pm prior to the day of delivery.

Cancellations must be made by telephone on 01268 520166.


Our refund policy is as follows:

Where cancellations are made prior to 4pm on the day before delivery, we will issue a full refund to your payment card.

If cancellation is made after 4pm on the day prior to delivery, we are unable to make a refund.

Rescheduling of delivery dates is possible up to 4pm on the day prior to delivery, with no extra charges payable.
